Isaac John Dungca arrived safe and sound at 3:48 PM today (January 30) [Guam time of course!]. He weighed in at 7 pounds and 3 ounces and stretched out to 19.5 inches. He is definitely a keeper. Tony said he looks a lot like his brother Elijah … imagine that. Everyone is doing well. We are thankful. Pictures have been promised soon and of course they will be posted here.
