Our next place to visit was the Grand Canyon. We met Allyn's friends, the Jents, and saw an amazing panorama ... it is indeed Grand ... it is indeed a Canyon where you can look down over 5000 feet. With binoculars we could see rafts on the Colorado River far below and a team of mules coming up the side of the canyon. (However, Turtle still thinks it is a big hole in the ground.)
