An Exhilarating Excursion, But . . .

Rose and Turtle had another fun outing yesterday. To give new mother, Laurel, some relief, we took the three grand-wiggles on a six hour adventure. We went to the park that has the chickens, peacocks, pigeons, and rabbits . . . oh my . . . and fed them all bird seed and bread crumbs. Then we actively played with the grand-wiggles on the park playground equipment. Next we went to the library. Finally we ate at Chick-Fil-A. What a fun day it was. However, after sleeping for over 8 hours and awaking rather stiff, we have reached a clear, mutual decision. Although Rose and Turtle deeply love each other . . . although we imagine that they would be attractive, intelligent, artistic, musical, well-behaved, athletic, and have sundry other good qualities . . . we will have no offspring together, but just enjoy all our combined children and grand-wiggles as much as we physically can and then retreat for some recuperation time. The adventures continue . . .

I think I'm ok with that decision! As the baby of one side of the family, it could be quite traumatizing for me, so I will be happy to keep my spot!
