TOMBSTONE

On our way from Willcox to Rio Rico we passed through Tombstone, a town famous for the shoot-out between the Earp brothers and Doc Holliday with the Clantons. To our amazement we were there on one of the days of their annual celebration weekend. The townspeople were all dressed in 1800's outfits. So it was a very enjoyable time. There were gunfights in the streets. There were of course many idiosyncrasies as well ... two women dressed in their 1800's finery were seen making a withdrawal at the ATM.
