Rose has tried her hand at growing a garden in the "desert." While she has not had a bumper crop, she has harvested tomatoes, peppers, and squash, and they continue to produce since we have had a milder summer so far.
Rose is my special name for my wife, Allyn . . . for the beauty and delight she adds to my life. Turtle is for what I, John, collect as a hobby . . . as a reminder to be patient and persevere.
