Walks on the beach and shelling were enjoyable activities. We did see a few turtle nests, but no turtles except the big one who walks with his Rose. For those of you who do not know this plant, it is called a sea oat . . . it grows to about seven feet tall . . . it is a protected plant on the beach areas to help prevent erosion.
